Foodies are set to enjoy an array of mouthwatering dishes at this year’s Pub in the Park.

Marlow resident and celebrity chef Tom Kerridge has unveiled what will be served as the riverside festival returns next month.

The weekend event will see top chefs from around the country to Higginson Park for the Michelin-starred chef's food festival, which made its debut two years ago.

Each pop-up pub has named its menu and Mr Kerridge’s two pubs – The Hand and Flowers and The Coach – will offer their take on classic pub favourites.

Here's a few of the dishes on offer

  • The Hand and Flowers will serve a minted lamb pie with mash
  • The Coach will bring the traditional fish and chips with a side of Pease pudding.
  • The Hind’s Head will bring its famous scotch egg, Berners Tavern will be bringing everyone’s favourite comfort dish, mac and cheese but with added braised beef and
  • Paul Ainsworth will be bringing back his dog’s pollock - due to its popularity last year.

Crowds will also be entertained by live musicians including British indie rock band Kaiser Chiefs, singer-songwriters Jake Bugg and David Gray and band Razorlite.
