Emergency services have completed recovery work, with all lanes reopened after a a crash involving two lorries on the M40 Southbound between junction 6 (Lewknor) and junction 5 (Stokenchurch).
Bucks Fire and Rescue earlier reported that both firefighters and paramedics released two people who had been hurt in the crash.
Congestion queued for five miles on the M40 with two lanes being closed due to the accident. Traffic also built on the B4009 as drivers attempt to avoid the incident.
