A 25-year-old has been convicted after committing two assaults at a Chesham pub on August 18 2018.
George Horn, aged 25 of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to one count of GBH with intent and one count of GBH without intent at Aylesbury Crown Court.
He assaulted a man at the Jolly Sportsman pub in Chesham, leaving the 56-year-old victim with an eye injury. He then attacked a second man, leaving him with serious facial injuries.
Both victims have since been released from hospital.
Detective Constable Fred Ruffle said: “Horn carried out two ferocious and unprovoked attacks which left both his victims with injuries.
“Following these violent assaults, Horn also attempted to evade police but was successfully arrested and charged.
“I would like to take this opportunity to thank those who came forward with information about this case and the hard work of this investigation team, which has ultimately led to this guilty plea.
“Thames Valley Police takes reports of this nature seriously."
