OXFORD United will have until 5pm on Monday, September 2 to complete their transfer business.

The English Football League have confirmed the deadline for clubs in League One and League Two following a meeting last week.

It marks a change from this season, when the transfer deadline for the U's was on August 9, with loans available until the end of the month.

As August 31 is on a Saturday, this year's window has been extended into September.

Championship clubs still have an earlier cut-off point, which is at 5pm on August 8.
