Wycombe Mosque are inviting people from across the town to enjoy the breaking of the fast meal at the Mosque this Saturday.
Ramadan is a time in which Muslims reflect and contemplate their relationship with god.
The event will comprise of a meet and greet, a singing performance of Muslim spiritual poetry and hymns in a variety of languages and a short presentation followed by a Q&A.
Shafait Ali from the Wycombe Mosque said: “We would be honoured if you would accept our invitation to open the fast with us and in essence ‘Taste Ramadan’ by partaking in a delicious meal at our premises, on Saturday 18th May starting at 7:30pm.
“We appreciate that you may not be fasting on that day, but we would be honoured to share food and friendship with you.”
