Track improvement works will shut down part of the Chiltern Railways line in and out of London this weekend and next.
The line between London Marylebone and Gerrards Cross will be closed and all journeys on Chiltern Railways services will be affected this weekend, June 1 and 2, and next weekend on Sunday, June 9.
It is because of track improvement works at Wembley Stadium station.
Chiltern Railways says the closure will allow Network Rail to carry out improvement work to "improve the reliability of the rail network".
Passengers may need to change trains or travel via different routes - and journey times may be longer.
Chiltern Railways is urging passengers to allow extra time, check their journey before travelling and purchase tickets in advance online.
