CELEBRITY chef Tom Kerridge has added to his impressive Marlow business empire as he prepares to open new accommodation.
An application has been made in Mr Kerridge’s name to turn a cottage next door to the two Michelin starred Hand and Flowers into ‘hotel, boarding an guest house’ accommodation.
The house, set back off the road at 118 West Street, joins a growing list of properties and businesses owned by the chef and TV star, including luxury accommodation dotted around town.
These rooms cost as much as £295 per night.
The change of use will add another guest house to add to his business empire. Mr Kerridge now at least nine places to his name in Marlow alone.
This is in addition to his annual festival Pub in the Park in Higginson Park, and pop-up cinema events.

In its application, Tibatts Abel says: ”The Michelin star restaurant is a pivotal part of the community and generates significant tourism in the area.
“It functions as a part of the local community providing a space for social gathering of all members of the public.”
It goes on to say: “The change of use will allow the owner of the Hand and Flowers to formally change areas of the property into functioning accommodation and therefore expand on the property’s accommodation provisions.”
The deadline for Wycombe District Council to make a decision on the application is August 8.
