The first steam charter from Chinnor and Princes Risborough Railway will make its way to the south coast today.
On Thursday, June 27, passengers can join the train at Chinnor - the station made famous by BBC’s Miss Marple - for a daytrip to Bournemouth and Weymouth.
It will be hauled by steam locomotive B1 Mayflower and is the first steam-hauled excursion since Chinnor and Princes Risborough Railway joined the mainline in 2016.
The train will also be picking up passengers at Princes Risborough, Bicester Village, Oxford Parkway, Goring & Streatley and Basingstoke.
Anyone interested in travelling on the trip should call the Booking Office on 01483 209888 or visit www.SteamDreams.co.uk.
