Police have cordoned off an area close to a field in Holtspur/Wooburn Green.
There was a police car stationed at the gate, which is accessed off the B4440 Wooburn Green Lane, last night at around 9.15pm.
This morning, a police van is at the scene with a cordon blocking off the access.
The gate leads onto a small area of gravel, with a field, the playing fields and Holtspur Cemetery beyond that.
The nature of the incident has not been confirmed but Thames Valley Police have been contacted for more information.
The closure is not affecting traffic along the busy road.
