Police have charged a man with attempted murder in connection with a stabbing last month in Chesham.
A man sustained a severe leg injury and a stab wound in Alexander Street at the junction with Berkhampstead Road on July 18. The victim has since been discharged from hospital.
Twenty-two-year-old Junaid Nasir, of no fixed abode, was arrested on Tuesday in West Yorkshire and charged the following day.
Nasir appeared at High Wycombe Magistrates Court has been remanded in custody until 9 September when he is due to appear at Aylesbury Crown Court.
