Beaconsfield will play host to an exciting culinary experience next month, when authentic Sri Lankan cuisine comes to the town.
Fego in Beaconsfield will be the host to Prema’s Kitchen on September 21 from 7.30pm.
Prema Piercy will be delighting diners with authentic cuising which ‘will transport you to Sri Lanka with every mouthful.’
Diners will get to experience with two canapes, before trying a traditional Sri Lankan street food starter. This will be then followed by two rice and curry dishes and two vegetable dishes.
Cinammon and black pepper that will be incorporated in the dishes is grown by Prema’s father in Sri Lanka. Prema creates curry powder by hand, roasting spices and grinding them to create a unique, authentic Sri Lankan flavour.
All of the food is ideal for people who are gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, pescatarian and vegan.
