Firefighters were called out after a cat got stuck underneath some floorboards in Seer Green on Sunday, August 18.
The animal was saved after firefighters from Beaconsfield Fire Station attended a property in Longbottom Lane, where they used an angle grinder to release the seven-year-old, uninjured cat.
It is not known how the feline got stuck underneath the floorboards.
