The incident occured on September 3
Firefighters were called out after three females, which included two children, were trapped in a lift in Chesham.
One fire engine from Amersham Fire Station and one from Berkhamsted Fire Station attended the scene in Greatacre, on Tuesday, September 3 at approximately 3.40pm.
Everyone was released safely and there were no injuries.
