A charity sale to raise money for Ugandan communities will take place this Saturday, September 7.
Located at the Downley Community Centre, a number of posh frocks, handbags and hats will be on sale to raise money for which will go towards basic amenities such as clean water, health care and education.
The money will also go towards orphans to strengthen their relationships with their extended families & communities, hold on to their property rights, and acquire the knowledge and skills to become financially self-sufficient.
Cream teas and other refreshments will be offered to those who attend the fundraiser.
It will take place between 1pm and 4pm.
There is no entry charge for the event and everyone is welcome.
