The results are finally in, and Wycombe's Cutest Pet has been chosen.
This weekend, Steve Baker congratulated the winning pet, cat Penny, after a competition run in conjunction with the MP and the Bucks Free Press.
After a long and arduous judging process with dozens of entries, Mr Baker picked the winner and presented owners Jake and Tanya Todd with a bottle of House of Commons wine, and a toy for Penny.
As a thank you to those who entered, here are some of our favourite entries, which include some adorable dogs, cats, rabbits and even a tortoise or two.

What is your response? This is Toffee my one eyed ginger rescue. He had a terrible eye infection at around age 2. He was nearly put down as he was so ill but he won me over completely and we did everything we could to try save the eye. Ultimately he had to have the eye removed and he was almost instantly better. He is very protective of us (thinks he is a guard dog and runs towards any loud noises or visitors). I think he is the most handsome / best looking cat ever (he winks at us all the time 😉😂) and his one remaining eye is so big and expressive. He rewards us every day with so much love (he is about 4 now) and is probably the cutest cat I have ever known. He seems to sense if any of the kids are having a hard time at school and snuggles up in bed with them every night until they feel better. He loves kids and follows mine around all the time. If they get close to the road he howls at them until they go back in. In my heart he is already the winner. He lives in Bryant’s Bottom.
