A High Wycombe man has been given a suspended sentence for stalking a woman – including entering her flat without her knowledge.

Kalldon Al-Heeti, 39, of Wyatt Close, was handed a suspended jail sentence and a restraining order after pleading guilty to harassing a woman, who also lives in the town.

Between January 16 and February 23 this year, Al-Heeti entered and spent time in the woman’s flat without her knowledge or consent and loitered near her balcony after being told not to enter her address or contact her.

He also tried to make contact with her by talking through her closed front door.

Al-Heeti pleaded guilty to stalking without fear, alarm or distress on August 1 and appeared at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on August 30.

He was given a jail sentence of eight weeks, suspended for 24 months and was given a restraining order.

Al-Heeti must not contact his victim, go near her home address or work place and must carry out 200 hours of unpaid work.

He was also ordered to pay £1,200 compensation.
