Another case of fly tipping has been reported on social media in Burnham Beeches.

Waste, including new chandeliers, carpets and marquee panels were dumped at Park Lane in Burnham Beeches.

Yesterday, the Bucks Free Press reported that the recycling centre in Crow Piece Lane, which had been threatened with closure, will remain open.

Following the announcement, chief of planning and environment Cllr Bill Chapple OBE addressed concerns regarding fly-tipping.

Cllr Chapple said: “In our experience most fly tipping relates to commercial and criminal activity where there was no intention to take in to a recycling centre in the first place.

"That's why we will continue our zero-tolerance approach to prosecuting anyone who dares fly tip in Buckinghamshire."
