A small family company named Original Products based in Princes Risborough have won a Queens Award for International Trading.
Previous Lord Lieutenant of Bucks, Sir Henry Aubrey-Fletcher, visited the business to present the award which is part of the Queens Award for enterprise programme which aims to recognise businesses who excel at international trade, innovation or sustainable development.
Original Products design and sell barware to the retail trade such as John Lewis and ASOS.
In recent years they have almost quadrupled their exports to over 20 countries and doubled their workforce to meet this demand.
Paul Spencer who works at the company said: “We’ve really enjoyed being based in the county for almost twenty years now and have expanded from one warehouse to two plus an overspill in Long Crendon.”
