Several comedians descend on Marlow on September 21 for two and a half hours of stand-up comedy.

MC for the show is Ben Van der Velde, a comic who has performed across the globe and is a regular at the Edinburgh Fringe, with several of his jokes making it into the lists of best jokes at the festival.

Steve Bennett, from Chortle the comedy website, said: “Ben is a sharp and crafty gagsmith with wittily obtuse takes on an impressively wide range of topics, bringing flair and confidence to them all.”

Headlining the evening will be Steve Best who is renowned for his visual comedy, using many gadgets and props to keep the audience entertained.

After supporting Eddie Izzard on tour Francis Foster will talk about all the important things in life, like failure and how to deal with having a psychopath for a mother, delivered along with “bitterly amusing gags” according to Chortle.

The show will begin at 8:00pm and finish at 10:00pm on September 21 at Liston Hall in Marlow.
