ADAM PAUL MORRISON, 30, of no fixed abode admitted begging in a public place at Magdalen Street, Oxford, on March 9. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20.

TUNDE CSANYI, 54, of Abbott Road, Didcot, was convicted of driving a vehicle without due care and attention on April 24 in Wantage. She was fined £215 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ABDULLAH OSMAN, 27, of Pound Way, Oxford, was convicted of assaulting a woman in Oxford on November 20. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 10 days and 180 hours of unpaid work and he must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £775.

LUCIA APETREI, 46, of Cowley Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 47 mph in a 30 mph area at Marston Road, Oxford, on February 2. She was fined £440 and must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with five penalty points.

DEAN PETER BLACK, 39, of Grimsbury Drive, Banbury, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between May 3 and 31 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

MATTHEW IAN BROGDEN, 46, of Cresswell Close, Yarnton, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between May 8 and June 5 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

DARREN BYRNE, 32, of Cherry Tree Road, Chinnor, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between April 29 and May 27 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

MEGAN DOWN, 29, of Woodhill Lane Caravan Park, East Challow, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between April 26 and May 24 in Banbury. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and six penalty points added to driving licence.

APRIL TANIA GUNBY, 49, of Normandy Crescent, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between May 22 and June 19 in Banbury. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ANDREW JAMES HODGE, 50, of Aynho Road, Adderbury, was convicted of speeding by driving 41 mph in a 30 mph area at Aynho Road, Adderbury, on February 4. He was fined £118 and must pay a victims surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with four penalty points.

FLORIN IONESCU, 33, of Saffron Close, Banbury, was convicted of speeding by driving 84 mph in a 70 mph area at the M40 Great Milton on February 2. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

CAROLINE ORETAGU, 32, of Ridgeway Road, Oxford, convicted of speeding on April 6 along the Banbury Road. Found to be doing 35mph in a 30mph zone. Fined £224 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Three points added to driving licence.

AINSLEY SMITH, 38, of Lancut Road, Witney, convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver alleged to have been guilty of an offence between May 17 and June 14 in Banbury. Fined £660 and ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Six points added to driving licence.

ANDRE STERN, 54, of Charlbury Road in Oxford, convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver alleged to have been guilty of an offence between May 2 and May 30 in Banbury. Fined £660 and ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge plus £85 court costs. Six points added to driving licence.

SYED BOKHARI, 28, of Howard Street in Oxford, admitted driving a motor vehicle which had been taken without the owner’s consent and driving without the correct insurance on August 15 in St Clements, Oxford. Fined £320 and ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for eight months.

CAMERON DOHERTY, 27, of Hailey Avenue in Chipping Norton, admitted criminal damage of a pair of sunglasses worth £5 and a further charge of assault the owner on June 1 in Chipping Norton. Fined £575 and ordered to pay £5 compensation, £47 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

KRZYSZTOF DZIERZYNSKI, 35, of High Street in Witney, admitted possession a weapon designed or adapted to discharge noxious liquid - namely Capsaicin the active ingredient in pepper spray in Witney on June 1. Also admitted possession of Cannabis on the same occasion. Fined £320 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

RAJESH GILL, 44, of Lenthall Road in Oxford, failed to provide a specimen for analysis on August 15 on Lenthall Road, Oxford. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 40 months.

TORI JORDAN MORRIS, 18, of Grays Road in Oxford, admitted driving a drink-driving in Oxford on August 16 in Cardwell Crescent in Headington. Found to have 89mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, the legal limit being 35mcg.

CARL KITCHING, 53, of Bernwood Road in Oxford, convicted of aggravated vehicle taking and injury caused by accident in Oxford on November 17, 2018. Also convicted of driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence on the same occasion in Burchester Avenue. Given a community order including a Thinking Skills programme, and Rehabilitation activity. Ordered to pay £1,040 compensation and disqualified from driving for 24 months.

WILLIAM RHYMES, 18, of Abbey Road in Banbury, convicted of assault by beating in Banbury on May 30. Given a community order including rehabilitation activity and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £250 court costs.

DAMIEN PAINTIN, 30, of Monks Close in Blackbird Leys, admitted stealing meat worth £93 from Sainsbury’s in Oxford on July 18, and the theft of a bicycle in Oxford on July 13. Also admitted failing to surrender to court on August 14 in Oxford. Given a 12 week prison sentence and ordered to pay £700 compensation.
