Seven new flats could be built on the site of a former showroom in Amersham if proposals are approved by the council.
A proposal to demolish the existing Woodley & Hart showroom on Station Road in Amersham has been submitted by developers. If approved, the new residencies will be built on the site.
Along with the retail and domestic original showroom, the existing outbuildings will also be demolished in order to make room for six two-bedroom flats and a single one-bedroom flat, should the proposals be approved.
The developers had said that the new flats would not require any alterations to vehicle and pedestrian access. A further eight car spaces will be installed, increasing the capacity from nine to 17. 12 new cycle spaces will also be provided.
