A man dislocated his shoulder in a fight in High Wycombe town centre on Tuesday - which police say was a "shocking sight" for passers-by.
The fight happened at around 6pm on October 1 near the Anatolia Food Centre on Oxford Street.
Police were driving past when they spotted two men fighting. One of the men had blood on his face and the other had dislocated his shoulder.
Officers are now hoping anyone with video or dash-cam footage of the fight will come forward.
Investigating officer PC Luke Midwinter, based at High Wycombe police station, said: "This incident was in the early evening and was a shocking sight for anyone who witnessed it. This kind of incident is rare and the police are looking to deal with these incidents robustly.
"I am appealing for anyone who may have seen or heard the altercation or has any video footage of it either on their mobile phone or on their dash-cam to come forward."
