THIS three-bedroom house is officially the most popular house in High Wycombe, according to housing site Zoopla.

The semi detached to the east of town has been viewed more times on the site than any other property in the last month.

And at just 275,000, it's nearly £100,000 cheaper than the average 3-bed house in High Wycombe so it's easy to see why it's attracted the clicks.

However, as the agents Keegan White admit, it needs a 'complete refurbishment'.

The house is on Melbourne Road, on the edge of Micklefield, and a short walk to Highcrest Academy.

The next most popular property in town is an altogether different prospect.

It's a similar size - 3 bedrooms with a garden - and is in a similar area.

This one, according to the agent Wye Residential, is 'immaculate refurbished and restyled'.

Bucks Free Press:

The semi on Terryfield Road to the east of High Wycombe has been adapted to an open plan design downstairs and is listed at £349,950.

"A very well presented refurbished three bedroom semi detached house, situated in a popular location to the east of the town centre.
