A BOX of tropical-scented washing tablets were among the items seized by police in a Boscombe drug raid this month.
A stack of £20 notes, an axe and an old Nokia phone were also taken by the officers during the raid in Wharncliffe Road in early October.
An official from Boscombe's neighbourhood policing team said officers were conducting extra patrols in the area due to community concerns about drugs activity when they seized the items.
One man was also arrested.
"A quantity of drugs and cash was seized," the officer said.
Residents living in the area thanked the officers, with one telling the team: "Thank you for keeping our community safe."
