Engineering works will cause part closures on the Chiltern Railways line this weekend.
Work including Network Rail track improvements will be carried out at different points between London Marylebone and Bicester on October 19 and 20.
Because of this, the line will be shut in some places - and Chiltern Railways has warned that all journeys will be affected.
Some late-night trains on Friday, October 18, will also be impacted, with the 00:20 Marylebone – Leamington Spa service terminating at Princes Risborough, and the 01:10 Marylebone to Oxford train being cancelled.
A "heavily amended" timetable will be in operation and journey times will be "considerably longer than usual", with passengers needing to travel via diverted and/or alternative routes or on rail replacement buses.
