A brand new cafe has opened in Marlow.
Strawberry Grove, who are based on the High Street, opened their doors to the public on October 16.
The brand-new café is owned by Stuart and Marta Downs, who have two other branches in Maidenhead and Lane End, with the first café being established in 2012.
The branch is open seven days a week from 8:00 am till 6:00pm Monday to Friday, and 9:00am till 5:00pm on Saturday and Sunday and is located at 91 High Street near Higginson Park.
The Bucks Free Press spoke to the Mayor of Marlow Cllr Richard Scott who cut the ribbon to declare the opening of the new café.
He said: “We get a lot of complaints of people saying that businesses are closing, and I think it’s fantastic that businesses are opening.
“This used to be a café, it closed down about six months ago.
“These two young people who have existing cafes in Lane End and Maidenhead have done a great job and opened this in not too many months, and there are already about 25 people in here.
“So, I wish them the best of luck, it’s great to see a small family business coming to the Highstreet.”
The establishment is fitted with modern furniture and had live entertainment on its opening day and the weekend.
