A TV show has been given permission to record several of their scenes in Bourne End.
'24 Hours to Live', which is a brand new sitcom, were given the green light to shoot scenes on the village’s Sappers Field between Monday, December 2 to Wednesday, December 11.
The decision was confirmed at the latest Wooburn Green and Bourne End Parish Council meeting on November 5, where councillors agreed unanimously for the TV crew to come to South Bucks and record.
When shooting the scenes, the producers have agreed to put several plastic covers on the grass so that it doesn’t get destroyed, and unconfirmed reports are circulating that the money from the hiring will go to charities in South Bucks.
