Marlow’s Suum Vietnamese Kitchen will serve a brand-new dish for Christmas.

The popular Asian restaurant will make their own festive pho and even though it is traditionally a beef-based noodle soup, the festive pho will be made from turkey.

The turkey will be simmered for many hours and infused with ginger, star anise and cinnamon before it is added to flat rice noodles.

The festive pho will be available to eat throughout December.
