A 20-year-old man has been arrested after dog walkers were 'targeted by a flasher' in a popular area of Marlow.
The High Wycombe man was arrested on Wednesday after a series of incidents in September.
Detectives started an investigation after shocked walkers reported several incidents between September 10 and 22, in the Westhorpe Park area of Marlow.
The man has been released on bail until December 4, the police have today confirmed.
