Actress Wendy Craig will receive a CBE for her services to charity and drama.
The 85-year-old from Cookham has been involved in TV and film since the 1950’s and has won a BAFTA for her work.
Wendy helped from the team which helped open the Cookham day centre Elizabeth House.

Elizabeth House is open to membership from senior citizens in the local community, they offer various services and activities such as hairdressing, community singing, a theatre club and home-cooked meals.
Wendy was the president of Elizabeth House for over 25 years until 2014.
The actress has appeared in shows such as Butterflies, And Mother Makes Three, and Not in Front of the Children.
