Developers will reveal their plans for 450 new homes on a former reserve site in Hazlemere this week.

Terriers Farm - which was one of five areas of land in the Wycombe district which was released for development by the council - could see around 450 homes built there.

Plans will go on display this Wednesday so not many details have yet been revealed - but we do know there could also be public open space and a sports pitch built there.

The plans are being put together by developers Persimmon Homes and Redrow Homes.

A public exhibition will be held at Hazlemere Memorial Hall on Amersham Road from 3pm to 8pm on Wednesday, January 15.

Anyone who is interested in the plans will be able to speak to the project team, ask questions and provide feedback.

Terriers Farm was one of five reserve sites released for development in a controversial move by Wycombe District Council back in 2014.

The Terriers Farm plans are the final set to come forward - with huge building projects already announced, and some already underway, on the other sites.
