"Persistent" heavy rain could see the River Thames flood - prompting the Environment Agency to urge residents to "be prepared".
Homes are not currently expected to be flooded, but water levels on the River Thames have risen amid the bad weather.
Flood warnings have been put in place between Hurley and Cookham as well as Henley, Remenham, Medmenham and its tributaries.
The Environment Agency says the Thames could flood farmland and roads - and they are "closely monitoring" the situation.
