A shopkeeper was attacked after thieves stole alcohol and cigarettes from a Marlow corner shop.

Best One Store, which is situated on Oak Tree Road, saw two men enter the shop at around 6.30pm to 6.45pm on Saturday, January 18.

When challenged by the shopkeeper, the alleged perpetrators pushed him, causing him to fall to the ground before taking the goods and fleeing.

They left the scene in what looked like a dark coloured VW Golf.
