Dorothy Perkins in High Wycombe has been saved from closure.
Earlier this week, it was revealed that three stores in the Eden Shopping Centre were shutting their doors.
But now, after successful negotiations on a lease renewal, the Dorothy Perkins and Burton store will stay open.
Andrew Norton, centre director for Eden Shopping Centre, said: "Eden Shopping Centre remains a very popular destination for shoppers, retailers and leisure operators due to its excellent location, modern facilities and enviable retail mix.
"It is well documented that the retail industry is under pressure, but Eden continues to outperform many destinations.
"There is, and has always been, a robust leasing plan in place for Eden but it is not possible to discuss these plans publicly due to on-going negotiations with a variety of operators.
"However, we are able to confirm that we have, today, completed lease renewals for Burton’s and Dorothy Perkins.
"We look forward to reporting the results of other negotiations as they complete."
