Singing workshop - Handel’s Messiah

As part of its 60th anniversary celebrations, Thame Choral Society will be performing Handel’s Messiah in April. Adult Art Short Course: Beginners’ Watercolour

This course will give you an introduction to watercolours. It is suitable for beginners, those returning to using watercolours, or those wanting to try out different techniques. Pottery Throwing Workshop: Make a Mug

The course will be over 2 days. On the first day, after a 15-20 minute demonstration, you will be on the potter’s wheel throwing a couple of mug bases with the support of tutor Fi. These cylinders will then be left overnight to dry out enough so they are ready to be turned (the process of carving excess clay off of the base).You will then pull handles which will be attached onto your pot, making a mug!
