A man who chased after a robber who stole his phone out of his hand was punched and kicked by two people - who then snatched his keys and wallet.

The man was on the phone as he walked in the High Street, close to the junction with Amersham Hill, in the early hours of February 8, when a man took his phone from behind him.

When he saw the thief running off with his phone - between 3am and 4am - the man chased him towards Easton Street.

He caught up with him near Tadros Court - and then the thief and another man started punching and kicking him.

They stole his phone, keys, wallet, vape and phone charger.

The man who had his belongings stolen had to go to hospital with bruising and swelling to his face, cuts to his arms, hands and leg, bruising to his ribs and severe pain in his back.

He has since been discharged from Wexham Park Hospital.

The first attacker is described as being slim, light-skinned and aged between 20 and 30 years old.

He had dark black hair in a box shape around his face which is the same length all over.

He was wearing light blue jeans worn low over his hips, a black jumper with writing on the front and a round neck and black trainers. He spoke with a local accent.

The other person is described as being a slim man in his mid-twenties. He was wearing a grey zip-up hooded top with the hood up that had a stripe on the arms and black trousers. He also spoke with a local accent.
