Half-term activity trail

Booker Garden Centre near Marlow is encouraging children to get outdoors and enjoy gardening this February half-term, with a free horticulture-themed activity trail around the garden centre. Children of all ages can join the hunt for friendly gardening characters hiding around Notcutts Booker, including Walter the Watering Can and Roger the Rake. Every young explorer who finds all the characters and unscrambles the hidden word at the end of the trail will receive a free packet of giant sunflower seeds to grow at home. Eden’s Eco Guardians

Children are invited to join Eden’s Eco Guardians for a series of fun and interactive eco-friendly workshops this half term. Explore current environmental issues and discover greener choices, and learn how to become more eco-conscious and reduce your impact on the planet. Spectacular Snowdrops

Discover the wonder of Eythrope’s extensive collection of snowdrops as they welcome the arrival of spring. This is the first time Eythrope’s garden will be open to be explored during the winter, where visitors can experience the spectacle of exploring 70 different types of these delicate spring bulbs beneath the canopies of majestic trees. Visits to Eythrope are accompanied by Waddesdon’s guides and will last approximately 90 minutes.
