The Rotary Club of Gerrards Cross and Chalfont St Peter are hosting a gala dinner with special guest Frederick Forsyth to raise funds for Rennie Grove Hospice Care.

The dinner will be held at Gerrards Cross Golf Club on March 28.

There will be a 3-course dinner followed by an auction and raffle, where Frederick will then discuss his action-packed career.

Frederick Forsyth is a author, journalist, spy, and occasional political commentators who has sold over 70 million books in total.

The Rotary Club has chosen Rennie Grove Hospice Care as beneficiary of funds raised at the dinner following the care the charity provided to Nigel Foxwell, the late husband of club member Donna Foxwell.

Rennie Grove Hospice Care gives adults and children in Buckinghamshire and west Hertfordshire who have a life-limiting illness the choice to live as well as possible at home surrounded by family, friends and the things that matter to them most right until the end.

Tickets cost £60 and can be purchased by calling 01753 891 877 or emailing dmfoxwell@icloud.com.
