Year 7 students at Sir William Borlase's Grammar School in Marlow were visited by representatives from Stoke Mandeville Hospital’s Spinal Research team on Friday, March 6. 

The research’s grants manager in Derek Cutler, and ambassador Ali Gibson, spoke to the students about research into helping those with spinal cord injuries, whilst taking part in a workshop.

Commenting on the visit, Derek Cutler, said: “A big thank you to the students and school team for inviting us to the school to talk to the students about our research.

“We hope it was interesting for them to hear.
