There will also be an entrance gate, car parking and landscaping and if given the go-ahead, they will be adjacent to 89 Seymour Court Road which is right next to one of the town's 'Welcome to Marlow' signs.

In the official planning application, it said: “Taking into consideration the urgent need for housing in Marlow and contribution towards affordable housing, this application proposes a mix of 11 affordable and 17 private flats comprising 28 flats in total.

“The density of the proposed development would equal to 38 dwellings per acre, which will be lower than the density of housing in Seymour Court Road and much lower than the density of its neighbouring property at 89 Seymour Court Road.”

The plans also showed that there would be 12 parking spaces allocated for the flats, which will include on disabled space and one visitor space and a bicycle shelter to accompany 12 bikes.

The private flats are allocated 19 parking spaces which will include two disabled and two visitor spaces, with there being a space for 17 bicycle stands.
