A personal trainer who specialises in helping those with Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis and other conditions has started a live streaming service.

“I have not yet worked out costings or how this will pan out but we have such a great community the virus will not break us down.

“If worst case happens and we can keep to our existing timetable four live classes I currently teach will take place per day at the times of current classes.”

“Hope you can help support this page.

“Feel free to share and let’s build our online community. Thanks everyone. Hope you like this idea.”

The Functional Fitness Studio officially opened its doors to the public in November of last year, and in July this year, Hilary, along with four others will take part in a wing-walk.
