  • Kavita Arora, 46, of Haymill Road, Burnham. Using a Blue Badge when the person the card was issued to was not present in Desborough Road, High Wycombe, on June 14, 2019. Fined £146. Costs £310. 
  • Faisal Awan, 42, of Totteridge Road, High Wycombe. Using a Blue Badge when the person the card was issued to was not present in Desborough Road, High Wycombe, on June 12, 2019. Fined £74. Costs £310. 
  • Sajida Gulzar, 40, of Gayhurst Road, High Wycombe. Using a Blue Badge when the person the card was issued to was not present in Desborough Road, High Wycombe, on June 17, 2019. Fined £146. Costs £310. 
  • Arumgam Kalaimdal, 53, of Hollis Road, High Wycombe. Using a Blue Badge when the person the card was issued to was not present in Desborough Road, High Wycombe, on June 14, 2019. Fined £40. Costs £310.
