A manhunt is underway after a woman was allegedly threatened with a knife.

A woman in her 50s challenged a man who walked out of a building site carrying materials in Holmsdale Close in Iver, at around 7am on Wednesday, March 18.

The man approached the woman and threatened her with a knife before the woman walked away.

Detectives have now released an image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident. 

Investigating officer, PC Will Ranford, based at Taplow police station, said: “I am appealing for anyone who recognises the man in the image, or if you believe it is you, to please come forward.

“I believe this man may have important information about this incident.

“Anyone with information about the man in the image, or the incident itself, is asked to call police on 101, or make a report online, quoting reference 43200092535.

“Alternatively, if you wish to remain anonymous, you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
