Jewellery was stolen after a house in High Wycombe was burgled over the weekend.

The property on Micklefield Road was broken into between 5pm and 12.15am on Saturday, March 21 and Sunday, March 22.

This comes after four houses in four different streets were broken into across four days in High Wycombe last month.

It is not known if burglaries are related.

Investigating officer PC Paulina Wodzynska of High Wycombe CID, said: “This burglary occurred at some stage on Saturday evening.

“Offenders made entry via a rear door and took jewellery from the property while the occupants were not at home.

“I am appealing for anybody who was in the area of Micklefield Road on Saturday evening and believe they may have witnessed unusual or suspicious activity to please make contact with police.

“I am also keen to hear from anybody who may have dash-cam footage.

“Please check this from Saturday into the early hours of Sunday morning and if it has captured anything unusual, please get in touch.
