Chesham have started a Facebook page to help the vulnerable with the coronavirus.
The page is called 'Chesham Help for coronavirus' and is a place where people can post if they're in need as well as volunteer groups offering their services.
The initiative is supported by the council, Rotary Chesham, and Chiltern Chamber.
There is a phoneline which can be called between 7:30am and 10pm.
This can be used for people to just have a chat if they're struggling with social isolation or to organise someone to pick up prescriptions or shopping for them.
They emphasise that they'll bring back receipts and to make sure not to give money or credit cards to anyone before they collect the items.
