March 10

Robert Wilson, 69, of Trewarden Avenue, Iver Heath. Driving over the 30mph speed limit on North Orbital Road, Denham, on May 14, 2019. Recorded speed was 36mph. No totting disqualification – mitigating circumstances. Fined £40. Costs £85. Driving record endorsed with three points.

Liviu-Ioan Tugui, 43, of West End Road, High Wycombe. Driving while disqualified on Little Marlow Road on February 14, 2020. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months. Carry out 200 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Costs £207. Using a motor vehicle on a road/public place without third party insurance on February 14 in Little Marlow Road. Driving record endorsed with eight points.

March 11

Jason Ayres, 46, of Wycombe Road, Stokenchurch. Harassment – breach of a restraining order on conviction. On March 8, 2020, sent a WhatsApp message when prohibited from doing so. Committed to prison for four weeks concurrent. Costs £207. Original offence in which a suspended sentence order was made on February 27, 2020 – assault by beating. Sentence of 12 weeks suspended for 18 months implemented. Overall length of sentence – 12 weeks.
