A personal trainer from High Wycombe has revamped her daily schedule to help those who are struggling during lockdown.

Hilary Spearing, who runs the Functional Fitness Studio in Cryers Hill in High Wycombe, is one of many PTs in the county and across the country to offer online services to those who want to work on their fitness and mental wellbeing.

This comes after the Government officially confirmed on March 23 that the country would enter a specific period of lockdown to fight against Covid-19.

The new timetable offers a variety of different fitness options which include yoga, boxercising, high-intensity interval training, pilates and even a session for children who would like to improve on their fitness.

Since launching the online sessions on March 17, Hilary has attracted hundreds of viewers with some thanking her for helping them during this crisis.

The news comes after Hilary received her freestyle fitness yoga certificate, conforming her as a freestyle yoga instructor.

She launched the Functional Fitness Studio back in November of last year where she helps improve the fitness of those who have conditions such as Parkinson’s, arthritis and MS.

The PT also helps those with mental health issues, such as low self esteem and anxiety.
