The latest government figures have shown that a total of 33,186 patients have died in hospital after testing positive for coronavirus in the UK, as of 5pm on Wednesday.
The government has also announced that in the previous 24 hours, there were 3,242 new cases and 494 deaths.
Here are the latest figures locally.
In Buckinghamshire, there are a total of 898 confirmed cases of Covid-19.
This comes after controversial plans to stop prescribing gluten-free foods have been postponed because of the coronavirus outbreak.
It was revealed last year that Buckinghamshire’s Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) was looking at plans to stop providing gluten-free foods on the NHS.

In nearby Slough, there are now a total of 436 confirmed cases.
Further afield, in Windsor and Maidenhead there are a total of 275 confirmed cases, in Oxfordshire there are 1,808 and in Hertfordshire there are 2,660.
