These are all the pubs that are up for sale right now in the area.
The 10 pubs are all being marketed on RightMove and Prime Location.
1. The White Horse, London End, Beaconsfield
The Old Town pub used to be a Loch Fyne restaurant but shut down and was then given a huge refurbishment.
The building is currently let on a lease which expires in June 2026, but is up for sale - and agents Savills are inviting offers over £2.6 million.
2. The Green Man, High Street, Prestwood
This one is up for sale on RightMove with a guide price of £400,000. It is freehold with vacant possession. The site is 0.24 acres and boasts a car park for 12 vehicles and a beer garden.
According to the RightMove listing, The Old Bell currently has a turnover of £500,000 a year and is being offered for sale as a lease assignment with approximately five years remaining on the current agreement.
The 16th century village inn is already very popular with locals, but the agents say there is "immense potential" for even more growth.
Upstairs above the ground floor bar are seven en-suite bedrooms. It is on the market for £49,950.
4. The Cock and Rabbit Inn, The Lee
This pub is located on the quintessentially English village green, which is famed for appearances in TV's Midsomer Murders. The inn is better known in the programme as The Rose and Chalice.
The pub is being marketed by Fleurets for £1.1 million.
5. Heidrun, Pauls Row, High Wycombe
The bar and the six flats above it are on the market as an investment opportunity for £1.5 million.
Duncan Bailey Kennedy say there is potential to expand into the roof space, subject to planning permission.
The ad says the gross income of the building is £91,220 per annum.
6. King William IV, Hampden Road, Speen
This pub boasts a cellar, bar, restaurant, kitchen and three rooms on the first floor, with two more rooms on the second floor. It also has a big gravel car park and a side garden area. The agents are looking for offers over £825,000 freehold.
7. The former Deep Mill Diner, London Road, Little Kingshill
This one wasn't actually a pub when it shut, but we decided to include it as it was once the Royal Oak before it became a restaurant.
The diner shut down last year and the advert says the owners are selling up because they want to retire.
It comes with four acres of land and the River Misbourne runs through the gardens.
It is being sold for £625,000.
8. The Chequers, High Street, Iver Heath
This used to be a pub but has been refurbished into shops and offices. It is on the busy High Street and agents say it can be used for a string of different business purposes.
It is being sold for £495,000.
9. The Gate, Bryants Bottom Road, Denner Hill
The 19th century inn is being offered for sale for £145,000 as a lease assignment with approximately eight and a half years remaining.
As well as the pub, on an acre and half plot, it also comes with eight acres of woodland.
You also get a four-bed family home on site.
10. Green Dragon, Churchway, Haddenham
This pub is closed and is being sold with vacant possession. It used to be owned by Enterprise Inns.
There is no price on this one - so you'll have to enquire with the agents, Sidney Phillips, if interested.
It is worth noting that a pub going up for sale does not necessarily mean that the running of it will be affected - so don't panic if your favourite is listed here.
