The total number of lab-confirmed UK cases of Covid-19 now stand at 248,293.
According to the latest government figures, 2,472 more cases were diagnosed on Wednesday May 20.
The total number of deaths in the UK now stands at 35,704 with 363 additional deaths announced in the latest government release.
In Buckinghamshire, there are a total of 959 confirmed cases of Covid-19.
In nearby Slough, there are now a total of 446 confirmed cases.
Further afield, in Windsor and Maidenhead there are a total of 279 confirmed cases, in Oxfordshire there are 1,981 and in Hertfordshire there are 2,782.
